Through extra-procedural conciliation, with the adoption of measures proposed before the Conciliation Departments of the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo, which consists of a very efficient way of amicable composition for the fulfillment of obligations at the lowest costs.
Agreements reached in conciliatory proceedings are ratified by a judge, constituting a judicial enforcement order, which speeds up the process in the event of non-compliance with the agreement, given the enforceability of the order. This procedure has also been successful in recovering time-barred debts, since the novation of the debt creates an effective enforcement order.
